Poor customer service from Eskom

The level of customer service from eskom technicians is very poor. We as a community, have reported multiple times the faults we experience or rather, have been experiencing lately and how their technicians come back to say our queries have been resolved when they know they haven't even done the job. They have a tendency of closing job orders without even inspecting and this has become their culture although this doesn't apply to all of them. It has become part of their work ethic and culture to under deliver on their promises and having meters installed and buying our own electricity, i do not expect to be without electricity for over 3 day and not get any service from eskom. Whenever one reports, they are given a lot of reference numbers which most of them are terminated prematurely and you never receive any communication from Eskom's end. This really has to come to an end such technicians need to be dealt with.
