Poor Customer Service

I dont know what more to do, not having electricity for 6months because the problem is with eskoms wiring after they installed meters in our area. After numerous calls and bouncing emails as their email services are not user friendly. I'm even out of words to explain the issues I have with eskom. We have an infant in the house who will grow up knowing that we dont have electricity and is constantly getting sick because of the cold house. If eskom really did care about people's well being, it wouldn't be getting bad reviews. A month doesn't pass by without being off work coz I'm sick. It's not the first time having issuwith eskom as I've lived 12months, a whole year without electricity. When they fix it this happens now, angisazi (I really dont know what to so anymore)
