Poor customer service ever

This is the most useless SOC/SOE their customer service is soo poor than any other State entity combined. Their calls have never been answered and yet their are dealing with a very important service in the entire country. Even their head office. I have been trying to get help for the past week till today their phone remain unanswered. Government must just privatise this useless entity period.
