Poor customer service at Eskom in Spruitview

<p>I struggled for over 2years trying to get a prepaid meter installed in Spruitview Johannesburg because they were just thumb sucking the electricity readings and overcharging me. Now that I have a meter, I arrived home and there is no electricity because they couldn't do a meter audit. I'm so angry coz now it means I must lose my salary for a day and wait for these stupid people to do their audit. They have my number on the system the least they could have done is to call and make arrangements to come through when I'm at home. Thank you Eskom for the worst service ever.</p>
