Poor customer service

I don't understand what is customer service when it comes to Eskom agents, we have been experiencing the power problems from Sunday 12.07.2020 until today I spoke Ikageng, Mpho,Mpumi,Patrick,Nontobeko and lastly Lebo Ntikiwe this one was rude to hell and I wonder why she is working at customer service while she does even have one. I will like someone to help me
