Poor customer service

I dont understand the kind of service that Eskom give to people. I stay at Moline street,Graceland,Khayelitsha, Cape town. For the past 3 weeks we are experiencing problems with electricity. There are times where certain houses will not have electricity in our street. This happened several times and we keep on reporting the problem to Eskom. Every time when the electricians go there they just lift up a certain plug on a transformer and leave. I does'nt even take 20 minutes to have electricity and that plug trips off again as a resuilt people lift up that plug themselves now because this happens everytime. Eskom electricians told us that there are people in our street who has ******* electricity connections. I dont understand why are they not doing anything about this. Our appliances are damaged already. I reported the matter already but nobody seems to care. My ref nr is ESK26746. This is very frustrating and i dont know what more to do if reporting crime or fault at Eskom is not making any sense to them. Funny enough they keep on coming to lift up that cable but they dont seem to care in solving or identifying the actual cause of the problem. I desparately need someome that can help us and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
