Poor customer service

We reported Electricity outage in Itsani on 27th March 2023 and we were given a reference number *** Nobody came to sort the problem out one of the resident in our area was given a number of the technician when when he called he was told that they were attending memorial service of the colleague he later made a follow up and was told it will be fixed on Monday I wonder if this is the response that is supposed to be given to the consumer
