Poor customer care

<p>Ga-Molepo,Boshega has been without electricity since saturday night(22 october 2016) and to this day(25 october 2016)it hasnt been attended to.those households do not owe eskom yet they are suffering.food in their fridges have gone off.and eskom won't even compesate them.eskom hurries to attend to people who bridge the electricity in the townships and towns but takes time to help those in the village who use electricity honestly.who is going to compesate for all those rotten food?and most house holds are occupied by pensioners.and you hold for a consultant for more than 10 minutes.if they are short staffed,why dont they hire more people?</p>
