Please help our neighbourwood with extremely hazardous and dangerous power outage not being resolved

This is the email I sent Eskom on 2/11/2020 at 8h30 the morning after holding on for 30 minutes not getting through.

Goodday

Our house electricity and a few houses in our street and area has shut down completely. We have received no indication that this will happen but we suspect that it's a fault on your side or cables has been ******. The electricity box shows no numbers and the lights of the tv and fan goes on and off but is too weak to go on completely which is very very weird. This seems very strange, unstable and dangerous. Kindly send someone out urgently as we have alot of old and sick people in our area that requires electricity for their lung pumps to receive oxygen and cancer patients that is very sick.

Today is exactly the same. Our fridges with food is running down and went off. I eskom vehicle came this morning and said they will see what is happening and has since not returned.

I have sent another email today and have not received any responses other than what is automated

This does not even included the amount of sms’s we sent as per their sms function to assist with electricity faults.
