Paying Eskom Technician

I am a resident of Cosmo City ext 8. Eskom Lanseria technician close calls with resolving problems. They have been doing this for a while to elicit bribes from community. Desperation forces us to pay Eskom technician to restore power.Its our second day without electricity but call references are closed.Can Eskom management investigate to fight this *******ion.
