Paying electricity and still dark city

This is an absolute disgrace of services we receive on a weekend in and weekend out basis. Cables are being repaired yet being ****** again within 24 hours. Our community consist of numerous of babies and elderly people. How is it possibly human like to be without electricity close to two to three consecutive days off. I came from work thinking I could do my daily routines just to find out I can't. People from church and nothing. Monthly stock, such as meat and etc gets rotten in the fridge. Why are we being ignored. Why!!!???
