Pathetic service indeed

We have been out of Electricity for 4 days without any help of restoration of electricity in my area.We buy electricity from Eskom every month you would think by doing the right thing you would get help,Only to get a pathetic service from them & no electricity.After spending your own airtime following up on your long list of Reference only to be told we will escalate the matter,not to mention their technician’s who log out calls without fixing the problem & go on with their lives with no care about the customer who contributes to their salary.
