Pathetic service from Eskom

I app**** for second point of supply of electricity (20A prepaid meter) in Janury 2024,paid the quoted amount for the work on 06 February 2024 and until today,the meter hasnt been installed.When I followed up a few months later,I was told that the contractor will contact me when they are coming and 8 months later I am still waiting.
