PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ESKOM

Pathetic service from Eskom. They installed prepaid meters for us and now we can't even use that electricity. When they switched it on, we, the voltage was so strong that it burnt our appliances and the plugs were shocking even when switched off. We logged tickets and when the Technicians came, they switched off electricity and they never came back. It's been more than 2 months and only a portion of the houses are affected. Can ESKOM do the right thing, fix what is burnt and switch on our electricity. We cant go on like this. reference numbers previously logged ***, ***, ***, ***. Can this be sorted as urgently as possible.
