pathetic service from eskom

we have been without electricity since the 30th June 2018 we called the call center and have been told they will send out some and we can call back within 4 hours to follow up it is now the first of July 2018 at 3:30 pm and we still waiting we call every 4 hrs and get the same story this is the worst service i have ever received i think eskom is pathetic. my reference number is ********** 71 we want our electricity back on.
