Pathetic service from Eskom

Dear Hellopeter May you please assist me please. I am very frustrated with the raw service I am getting from Eskom. There are about 4 to 5 houses who share a circuit and about 2 houses have shacks and rooms that they rent out and this puts pressure on the circuit. The pressure gets too much for the allocated circuit and the electricity gets switched off from time to time, taking into account that a few houses do not purchase electricity and the connect *******ly. We have been without power for the past 6 days while some houses are connecting. I have been pleading with Eskom to remove me from the current circuit. Why should ********* benefit at my expense, when I report this they benefit from the power and still have the nerve to connect including the 1000 shacks they have in their yards. I contacted the Eskom offices and I was advised by the lady called Cina that there is nothing that they can do. I do not work for Eskom, if they can't assist me who then can. May food is getting rotten in the fridge and this is putting an additional expense as I have to purchase food daily. Hellopeter please help me. I am based in Braamfischeville phase 1, please assist me
