pathetic service from accounts department Eskom

since 2 November i logged a complain with eskom, got reference and was told someone will phone me in 2 days and today is the 9 November still none phone, send numerous email, as they took June previous reading and use it again in July, now to make the humans on the phone understand that!, my dog understand me better.... and still no response, maybe they now looking for the millions the that certain staff stole from eskom ....so they do not even worry to respond, my 2nd hello peter ..... yet no person from eskom contact me
