Pathetic Service delivery

Its been over 8months since reported a faulty transformer in my area tsakane sotho street but nothi g has happened since and the electricity trips every now and then yesterday we didn't have electricity the whole day until today around 10am. This i ridiculous and this only affects few houses, its not like we are asking for too much we just want yoll to do your job. We call and no answer or some1 answers then hangs up. Eskom do right to us please
