Pathetic service delivery

We all know that Eskom is ***********, but the service delivery from the Polkadraai depot is beyond pathetic. They take days to attend to logged calls irrespective of the severity. How is this place managed? The entire management team and supervisors should be dismissed due to their incompetence.
