pathetic service and *********** agents

i called on the 12/10/2015 i spoke to a guy who explained the amount that has to be paid and after hour re-connection fee and was very helpful , i then spoke to kgatliso who gave me an email address to send the proof of payment. when i called back i spoke to a lady who advised our area does not have after hour re-connection but 2 agent before her said otherwise and the amount for the after hour re-connection was paid, the lady went ahead to load re-connection for the following day. i called back and spoke to a guy who advised the lady does not know what she is talking about as re-connection is available in and around gauteng, the guy advise he will ask Kgatliso to call me back. when Kgatliso called me she advised we were put on the wrong re-connection instead of after hour and her system does not allow her to change it. i called this morning and spoke to Kamogelo who advised that only Sandton has after hour re-connection and he doesn't know what time they will go to our house.<br> <br> The service i received was pathetic, its amazing how the supervisor tells me they employed students and they gave me wrong information.i don't see where i fit in as they have to train their agents.
