Pathetic Service

I don't believe what is happening at Eskom randfontein I have been logging calls for my metre for the past 3 days with no response from Eskom I take time off work to personally come and see if I will not be assisted to my luck there is someone from customer service but guess what am not allowed to go inside the premises so here I am waiting outside and there is no que what service is this that we should be waiting outside when there is a waiting area inside that is there with such a big company with resources the service is really pathetic for a lack of a better word
