Pathetic Service

In my are there was a loadshedding when electricity was restored in some areas it was not restored I logged a call with Eskom

ref:418 444 900

I was without the battery the following day when technicians were dispatched to attend the case. When they couldn't get hold of me they closed the call.

I did call them again to reopen the case ref:418 662 042

After numerous follow-ups electricity has not been restored. The service I've received to Thoko Njokweni is pathetic, if that is eskom way of helping community that's still pathetic..
