pathetic service

<p>On the 21st of October i contacted Eskom and spoke to Sibusiso Ngcobo, he was assisting with my moms account so he wanted to speak to her than i asked him to phone her and he told me he cant make calls. Than i had to voice logg my mom with him spoke to him for over 20 minutes and the call cut . Suprisingly he phoned me back told him that he needs to call my mom he asked for her number gave her the number. Up until today he hasnt phone her. </p> <p>Terribly service</p>
