pathetic service

<p>almost every week we have to suffer by not having electricity like last night electricity was gone till today when i phone call centre they told me the technician has been send & yet we still dont have lights on top of that i have been given different ref numbers and i use my f#c# airtime.....i really dont know where do they go this technicians when they've been sent and they go back to report lies that the electricity has been restored its really frustrating to wake up and take a cold shower & yet u have to make sure your kids are warm.... everytime you ask whats causing the electricity to cut every week they tell you different stories jerrr</p>
