pathetic service

I am staying in kagiso extension 6,mogale city. We had electricity cut since Wednesday, with no communication or reason why from Eskom. Till today Saturday there is no electricity. We tried to call the national call centre, we don't get any clear answers or reason. Mean while we pay our tariffs monthly with no fail, the company doesn't care about any of us. The damage associated with this is ridiculous, we had to dispose all the food we bought for the month and etc.<br> This is very pathetic and unacceptable. Eskom need to fix this mess s soon as possible.
