Pathetic service

Pathetic service I have ever come across, I feel pitty for the elderly people around Soweto as Eskom sub contractors go in asking people for "Cold drink" when they supposed to assist our community with a service.We buy electricity on a pre paid no lights since Thursday the 14th have been running around to their offices at Diepkloof zone6. Have been given a reference number, and have laid a complain with the area manager Henry Mtshali who has been assisting with my problem and assigned Vusi to come and assist. He came and told me that the box has been vandalised and will report that to Henry Mtshali to log a call with the sub contractor, we sat Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today is Monday with no electricity. No call whatsoever until I took an initiative to personally go to them . Today to my surprise Henry Mtshali has been in a meeting since 8:30 and it's now 13:30.I then met the Supervisor Brian Ndubani and promised to call me. I waited until 13:30 and phoned them again with no luck left a message and Brian phoned me after 5 minutes advising me that the sub contractor is on its way from Pretoria to assist with my problem. Should I have phoned them there was never going to be an update. The contractors told me on Friday that if I'm prepared to wait for three to four days for Eskom to come and assist or I must give them money to assist I refused and they left because I didn't give them Cold drink . So this is how we going to suffer because we do not want to pay for Services. I am so disappointed on how that office is flooded with complains on the same issue with no service. All they say to you is the technicians will be assigned and you will wait until I don't know when. Our President is talking daily about *******ion but believe it or not it is on going in the townships. Imagine the suffering our kids had to go through to bath with cold water and the torture when it comes to studying. The food that had to be thrown. I am so disappointed and very angry on the service I got from this institution.
