Pathetic service!

I'm disgusted by the service of your electrical technicians. After logging numerous calls, sending sms's as well as emails still not being helped. Recieving two reference numbers and so many escalated calls later still no help? 5 days without electricity knowing the problem came from Eskom supply Pathetic!
