Pathetic service

<p>I have called Eskom over 10times for the same issue and they send their technicians eho come here and say they don't know what's wrong we need to go complain in the Eskom headquarters like really. My Dad is epileptic and very elderly and needs his medication from time to time and eskom hasn't kept their promise I have logged this because i want every one yo know that if something wouldbto happen i will held them liable. We bought electric with 153units and it ended 2days later and we don't even have many things which uses lots of electric. My mom ended up starting fire outside to boil water and save electric but we still ****ed. When you log a call they close the case and say they came when they didn't cone twice it has happen and my cases are ********** 35 and ********** 38 why we suffering when we still wana buy eletric and given boxes without a signal. Time right as I logged this its 11:07 and I made 3 calls today and ladt call was made @ 10:42am and Ayanda advused that technician advised his on his way @ 10:15am it takes 15min to my house but its almost an hour later and my dad is suffering.</p>
