Pathetic response

Power failure complaint *** To whom it may concern:

I would like to report a complaint we have been without electricity for 5days now and counting at the adress below could someone please adress this issue asap cause our food stuff is getting rotten and this is really unacceptable for a report that has been done please find our reference number in subject?

When we call your customer services they advise they don't know why your technician have not been sent out yet instead finding out and taking the necessary action needed instead of making us look like fools following up on this mess that eskom is *********** to handle internally!!! This is pathetic man
