Pathetic pathetic Service

Bad service I received from Cala Eskom, I've been calling asking for help since 17 February 2022 getting new reference numbers.I've been in dark since 2022. Even now I'm at waiting at the gate only Psira people that are giving no information they are not allowing me to see the manager on the site. Where can I get help from. Pathetic service
