PATHETIC, NON EXISTING ESKOM

Do not even get me started with the incompetency of this company, but this is not unexpected, as it is a ******* and bankrupt government institution. I was charged R18K+ to install a prepaid meter at one of my buildings and a further R7550 to upgrade another pre-paid meter from 20A - 60A. All the necessary documentation was completed and all funds were paid and then they went "dark" with zero feedback. Luwardo Lewis came to do an inspection here in Sutherland with big promises - all just empty lies, as he never returns messages. Marco Steyn does not answer ANY emails or even acknowledge receipt. Jolande Moos is never available via telephone nor does she give feedback or acknowledge receipt of payment. There are a bunch of others in this process i.e Allistar, Adam, Dimitri Carelse - must be the most pathetic bunch of people ever. Eskom Trucks are daily in Sutherland and does Eskom pay for them to stay weekly in the most expensive guesthouses in town to do their work here, but nothing gets done. Sweet lord, what does a person have to do in this country to get service???
