Pathetic , horrible, ridiculous , unfair service

Dear Hellopeter Can you please help, we have been experiencing bad service and incompetence from Eskom for more than 6 years. Every time winter starts power is cut from my home and my mom gets small sewing jobs from people and that's how she survives as she is unemployed, so in a nutshell she is unable to buy groceries. It is about 4 houses that get affected by this, I don't know why Eskom does not get to the root cause of this matter. Some people might be *******ly connected hence we experience this every winter, but why is Eskom not fixing this ? We are based in Braamfischer phase 1 meter number ********** 9698, please hellopeter you are my only hope. Thanks Palesa **********
