Pathetic Eskom

I am absolutely disgusted with Eskoms service, i am sitting with no electricity, my meter has all of a sudden stopped working, i cant load elec, they loaded wrong details of someone onto my meter number and no one can help, trying to call in to the call center is a joke, Sunday i tried 3 times at 30 min each call, today i cant even get through, it says "number busy" i dont know how long i am going to sit with no electricity before someone decides to come help or come out to check what THEY did wrong. I am absolutely at my wits end and i dont even know who to contact for help. Eskom is useless no wonder South Africa is the way it is
