Pathetic Eskom

I closed my account with eskom in November 2022 and I have been waiting for 5 months for my refund. I have called them numerous times to find out about the delay and escalate the matter to no avail. No email no call absolutely no communication from their side. They owe me R28000 and they still have not paid
