Pathetic Eskom

Terrible service indeed. I have app**** at Eskom for my electricity to be connected at my house 6 months ago. Numerous phone calls were made to Eskom with the concern that my house is completed and because of power there is no occupants giving ********* the opportunity to commit crime. On every complaint which I lodged they gave me the assurance that Eskom will contact me within 5 days to give me an answer as to what the hold up is but till today i haven't received any feedback. As of my last call to Eskom customer service I've asked whether there is any contact number where I can complain or any other branch close to where i stay to assist, they refuse to give out any contact details. This puts alot of financial strain on me as to having to rent and pay for a house which cant occupy due to eskom delay.
