Pathetic, Blatent ******ion on hard earn money.

I received an email on the 18th December 2025 from Eskom Alerting me that I might be 1 of the clients affected by the endless estimated account bills and need to contact Eskom to rectify it should I get another Estimated bill. In January 2026 I got a huge amount from which my consumption is not even close to being this much monthly and i issued a complaint *** Marci told that me that my account reading would be done on the 3rd Feb as my account due date is on the 7th February, I checked earlier again via Alfred Chat Box as I have not received an updated eskom account bill via email and the same estimated amount appears this is 2 days after "supposed actual meter readings " Why don't the Eskom officials do meter readings mine was Estimated since April last year as far as I can backtrack? Since we don't have access to the locked electricity box that's in the road and can't access it to take out own meter readings it's not like we live in COVID years anymore? But they have time to sit under the tree for shade down the road 😡I had to complain again this morning *** Agent Zolelwa. I need Urgent intervention on this to also avoid going into and account areas that will anyway not be my fault. Eskom Western Cape is pathetic and in this Economy do blantently ******ion on my hard earnings.
