Overcharging 70-year old granny!!!!

<p>My 70-year-old grandmother lives alone and for the past 6 months have been receiving an electricity bill of over R800! This seems ridiculous, because she lives alone and only watch 1 hour of television and cooks for one person (just about 1 hour a day). How is it possible then to keep on receiving an R800 bill? We've been to the Eskom offices, but they seem to get offended and defensive by our questioning. I feel our only route now is to go to the SUN newspapers, because they seem to have a better tactic at getting answers.</p> <p>I am absolutely appalled at the Eskom service.</p>
