Over load and power problems

We are experiencing power problems at our stand , house 4670 Block 6 Doornkop Thulani . This happens a lot during winter as Eskom has loaded too many houses hold in one transformer. The are cables ( line) surrounding our house, one across our roof which around this time they burn and cause the power outage. I have more than ten references numbers calling and telling them about our problem. The community with their call center has proven to be difficult as they do wanna help and when ever the technicians come they say the is nothing they can do for us. Our safety means nothing to them, our appliances get damage . We have even sent email but no respond , been to the Ranfoiten head office .
