Outage or no electricity supply -Eskom reference number ***

We have been without electricity since the 13 Th February 2025 till today 20 February we still have no power.we called eskom many times we have logged a call with Eskom chat box Alfret but still nothing is happening.we even went to Eskom offices in hans van rensburg only to find out that they dont take walk inss anymore,our refrigerators have melted at this stage we had to throw away our groceries because we have no power. our neighbour have electricty its only us and and the neighbour we share a pole with and the rest of the village has power.is this the servcie we deserve form Eskom with no correspondence or whatsoever
