Our transformer got burned on the 19 July 2021 till today we don't have electricity

Our transformer got burned on the 19 July 2021 till today we don't have electricity. The audit was done and people were issued with fines . How long are we suppose to wait for Eskom to fix the transformer especially for people who were not fined. It's really unfair.
