Our government is falling us nxa!!!

I don’t understand y yuu force us to pay electricity but yuu dnt deliver…ryt now we a facing load reduction only in townships but in the white neighbourhood they dnt have it what game a you playing with our money these company is taking our money n they dnt deliver if some1 is not paying why don’t you cut that person off the grid now we a suffering on these darkness while we have plenty of units to use Nxa!!!
