One in a million employee

After months of sending in countless emails and phoning the call centre and holding on for hours, I came across one of a kind special lady by the name of Tinyiko Chauke. She did what the 100 other people at ESKOM couldn't do before I spoke to her. She's a star who deserves all the praises. Thank you :)
