On Communication - no service

<p>Incredibly poor service from Eskom, it has now been 12 hours and yet no answer about what or when the power will be restored to Boschmanskloof in the Genadendal (Western Cape) area. A measure of communication would have been appreciated; currently 1800 people are without electricity.</p>
