officials asking for bribes

<p>we have been without electricity for two weeks now, we called eskom. they send their officials who does nothing and ask us to wash their eyes for them to do their job, i.e. pay a bribe if we want them to connect electricity in the area. people have been paying bribes to them but what should we do if we do not have money to bribe them? stay in the dark? </p>
