Not happy with the survice

I'm very very angry,called Eskom call center today and spoke to Agent by the name of Motlare Pila,he was very rude and ask me questions that are not relevant to my query.i told him that few houses don't have electricity and provided my meter number n stand number but he insisted that I get pole number which I'm surprised how come he is the only person at Eskom asking for it and he told me that he will not assist until I get the number.past Saturday I called and I have been calling Eskom several times and they never asked for such a stupid question.for haven's sake we are in the rural areas.***
