not happy

Dear Sir/Madam I am a home owner in pullenshope rooihout st 15,i a have rented out my house,the people that rented my place fail to pay my electrical bill thy fail to pay fore 5 months Eskom fail to cut the electrical supply at that time the bill where R4000 Eskom dit not notified me when i heard about it on the 15 Oct 2015 i phoned eskom 0n *** i asked them to cut the electrical supply thy fail to do that on the 22 Oct 2015 i phone the manger Mnr Robert Smit he told me i must send him a email smittyr@<br> [URL Removed] and thy will cut the power that same day on the 3 Dec 2015 the bill where R5100 i phoned Mnr Smit and he said he will look into it but it is not there responsibility to cut the power thy are sort off staff on the 1Nov thy took a reading thy add a x amount on the 1 Dec thy took another reading and there where yet another amount added its not making sense and thy used to cut power after 6 weeks of not paying thanks WH Swart
