North West Eskom fails to provide electricity

Eskom in the North West is the terrible. It’s bad enough that we already have scheduled load shedding. But in Mahikeng we also have to endure more days without power supply. Previously they would just claim that people don’t report faults. But even when you report faults, they still take time to respond. They just don’t have a sense of urgency, whenever these a fault in our area, we know that it will mostly take a whole week before power could be restored. Given the fact that we do pay for this electricity and it’s really not fair on us. Food is very expensive and now we have to throw away food because of Eskom’s incompetence.
