Nonresponse to the theft of electricity.

It has been 3 months since I have logged a complaint with regards to tenants on the property of 4 Snaresbrook Road, Epping Forest, Elsies River. that has been *******ly using electricity as they have altered their prepaid meter boxes and connected it straight to the outside DB of Eskom on the property.

Eskom has been informed and a complaint ref# has been logged 3 months ago and to date there has been no investigation done; they have been using electricity since March for free.
