None of the Eskom employees are able to resolve my Eskom account problem

My electricity was cut off in July .....I have been paying and requesting a payment arrangement in vain. Non of the people working at Eskom are able to help me. All I want is to pay and get connected but no one can help.

The customer service keeps on giving me an automated reply
