No Technician

Electricity was cut off as of 19th March 2016 at 00:45 am. me and the neighbours have been calling since given countless reference numbers: ***, ***, ***, *** and countless more reference numbers. all of us are promised 6 hours and it has been over 48hrs and I called again at 12 pm 20th March spoke Khanyi who has put me on hold for 30 minutes calling a technician she did not let me know howl long it will take. I finally requested for a supervisor Zama Mthemtwa who gave me the name Sifiso from RMC contact details: ***6 who is the supervisor of the technician
